Job Summary
You will
šDrive day-to-day execution for sponsorships across sports leagues, media outlets, and digital brands šBuild and own project plans, timelines, and checklists for each deal šCollect and QA creative assets; route approvals; maintain source-of-truth docs šCoordinate cross-functional teams (design, growth, product, legal) to hit milestones šTrack deliverables (posts, placements, on-air mentions, integrations) and report status daily šMonitor campaigns in market; flag risks early; escalate and unblock fast šCompile post-campaign summaries with proof of performance and learnings šRuthlessly improve processes, templates, and checklists as we scale
What you bring
š2ā3 years in partnerships ops, production, account/project management, or campaign ops šProven ability to manage multiple large initiatives simultaneously šElite organizational systems; you live in checklists and Gantt/kanban boards šWorking knowledge of marketing/creative workflows and asset specs
