Job Summary
What you’ll be doing
📍Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) using tools like dbt and Airflow 📍Perform in-depth analysis of large-scale, complex blockchain data (on-chain and off-chain) to uncover key trends and optimize product features 📍Partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and deliver actionable recommendations 📍Monitor company performance, track revenue, and identify user segments to support strategic direction 📍Design and maintain BI dashboards using tools like Tableau 📍Ensure data quality and accessibility for the entire organization 📍Master a cutting-edge technical stack (Python, Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, Generative AI tools)
What we're looking for
📍2+ years of professional experience in a Data Scientist, Data Engineer, or relevant analytical role 📍Exceptional proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction, manipulation, and optimization 📍Significant experience with Python for statistical analysis, modeling, and building data-intensive applications 📍Proven experience in building and optimizing scalable data pipelines using dbt and Airflow 📍Direct experience working with public blockchain data (Ethereum, Bitcoin, Layer 2s, DeFi protocols) is a significant advantage 📍Experience with machine learning, time-series analysis, or predictive modeling is a plus 📍Excellent ability to communicate technical findings and methodologies to non-technical audiences 📍Strong interest in cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and the Web3 ecosystem
