Job Summary
In this role, you will:
📍Be part of and assist the Operations team in all aspects of their duties with focus on: 📍Internal automation and optimization initiatives: 📍Planning and execution of operational efficiency and automation initiatives. 📍Build automated workflows in tools like ServiceNow and Google Workspace. 📍Implement AI use cases. 📍Identify and help to coordinate optimization projects. 📍Vendor Management: 📍Manage the whole vendor lifecycle from procurement requests, third party risk assessments, contracting and onboarding services to monitoring vendor KPIs and SLAs, to exit and termination strategies. 📍Process Management: 📍Strengthen Finoa’s International Group setting by supporting to develop a strategic process governance. 📍Project Coordination: 📍You will work closely with all departments of Finoa and lead projects and initiatives in a cross-functional setting
What you need to be successful:
📍You are naturally driven to improve processes, challenge the status quo, and drive meaningful change within a young and agile organization. 📍You completed your bachelor or master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study. 📍You gained first relevant experience in Operations, Vendor Management, Process Optimization ideally in the Start-up or financial industry. 📍Good level of knowledge with Office applications. 📍Experience with AI Tools, Process Design, Automation Tools are a plus. 📍Structured and analytical thinking, as well as a meticulous and independent working style. 📍You are fluent in English – German and any other language is a plus. 📍Affinity for AI Tools, process optimization and automating workflows.
