📍Provide support using in-house tools to identify inactive ATMs, analyze and run remote diagnostics in order to resolve ATM issues that will ensure maximum ATM uptime 📍Research service history on ATM’s to identify service issues 📍Utilize monitoring tools and ticketing systems for addressing issues 📍Manipulate data within excel to analyze ATM inactivity 📍Manage multiple avenues of issues through monitoring, email and phone to ensure business expectations for service standards are met 📍Effectively communicate issues and status updates with business users, service providers and management teams, professionally adjusting language and terminology as needed 📍Call customer locations to identify issues with ATM’s 📍Be the technology advocate for the businesses and/or customers we support 📍Deliver exceptional and quality customer service 📍Provide efficient productivity and superior quality service while working in a fast paced environment

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:

📍Associates degree required or relative work experience required 📍Must have 2 years work experience with any technical discipline 📍Must have excellent customer service skills 📍Strong communication skills 📍Ability to follow complex and unique processes and adapt to change rapidly 📍Analytical thought needed to resolve issues in a variety of complex situations 📍Ability to manage multiple issues in a fast paced, deadline driven environment 📍Must be detailed oriented
